Welcome to iGamingCatalog Ltd. (aka IGC). Before you create an account you must read these terms and conditions concerning your use of this site. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and conditions.
If you do not accept and abide by these terms and conditions, you can´t have your site(s) listed in iGamingCatalog.com. IGC reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, without further notice. These terms and conditions apply to all Affiliates, Publishers, Clubs, Magazines, Vendors and Managements that have a listing/presentation off their website or company in the catalog- Both now and in the future.
Description of iGamingCatalog
IgamingCatalog is an independent directory and information service not affiliated with any casino or gaming management. Our goal is to provide managements and affiliates an impartial marketplace, where they can promote themselves and create new contacts. IGC reserves the right to modify the directory with or without notice- And to suspend or terminate your account if you in any way breach the IGC terms of use. IGC will not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, suspension, or termination of your account.
Registration
In order to create an account it is required that you provide current and accurate information about yourself and/or your company that may be a part of the account creation process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You must maintain and promptly update any account information provided to IGC to keep it accurate, current and complete. IGC reserves the right to refuse access to an account to anyone at any time if they are in breach of these terms. Registration at IGC, automatically enters your email address into our database newsletter. You will always have the opportunity to unsubscribe from our newsletter.
Conduct
You agree to conduct yourself in an orderly manner while at IGC, and you understand that all approved presentations/listings in your account are solely for promoting your iGaming related site(s) and/or products. Not to criticize or mock other users or iGaming suppliers whether individual or an entity. If you change your presentations/listings after they are approved, and IGC or any of IGC users or customers find it offensive, we reserve the right to suspend your presentations/listings while you are given reasonable time to correct the content. If you do not correct the content of your presentation within responsible time your presentation/listing will be deleted without further notice.
If you at any time use your account at IGC for material that is “obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise in any violation of any laws" your account and all your presentations/listings will be deleted immediately!
Content
Presentations and/or listings in IGC are all to have iGaming related content in terms of offers and general information. This means that an Affiliate and or Publisher can only use his presentation in the catalog to promote their iGaming related offers, as well as general information about their company/site. Note: Affiliates must have there on landing page. Sites which lead directly to a casino,poker or bingo site etc. will not be approved for listing. In other words, you may not just add your own affiliate code to the managements landing page
Indemnification
If IgamingCatalog Ltd and its directors and employees should incur any liability to a third party, in any way related to your use of the IGC, you agree to indemnify and hold IgamingCatalog Ltd free and harmless from any such liability, and from all loss, claims, costs, demands, debts and causes of action in connection therewith, including any attorneys’ fees.
